We all have a story, but when was the last time you truly read yours? I am an Associate MFT, with a great deal of interest in client centered narrative therapy. I'll help you review the stories that make up the unique individual that you are and help refine that story as something you can be proud of. I find most of my client's, regardless of diagnosis or primary concern, struggle with strong negative beliefs about either themselves or the world around them. Allow me to assist in dispelling those beliefs and show you the world from a brighter angle and your life as it could be when you unlock your authentic self!
I encourage self agency in therapy and will allow you to guide sessions as the expert of your own life, however a good story needs an editor. By challenging you to consider additional perspectives and alternate stories I will help break the cycles of negative thinking that hold you back and uncover strengths you didn't realize you had!
