Accepting New Intakes Now! I believe that life is built on our relationships with each other and to ourselves. The relationship to ourselves is the one we often forget about. Life has a funny way of reminding us that we are not perfect and many things are out of our control. This can cause us to become afraid, angry, irritable, depressed, overbearing, rebellious, tearful.....But, then what? It is often the case that we like to avoid difficult feelings and hope that they will go away on their own. Sometimes they do...and sometimes they don't.
We need connection to grow. When you decide to come in, you will be making time in your life for reflection through conversation and/or creative art expression (play therapy, art therapy, guided imagery, meditation and aromatherapy). You have the answers...you just have to remember where to find them.
No matter your age, type of family difficulty, life circumstance or availability, sharing a conversation with an experienced listener can help bring clarity and support during a time of need.
