I am currently on leave until end of July and not accepting new clients. Therapy is a tool that can benefit everyone. I believe change and growth can happen from looking inward, getting curious, learning to recognize patterns and challenging ourselves to sit with the uncomfortable. Change can be scary, uncertain, and intimidating and I'm here to walk along side you through it. My goal as a therapist is to provide a trusting relationship that allows you to feel comfortable leaning into vulnerability and building confidence to take steps towards change and growth.
My approach to therapy is collaborative, while also recognizing that you are the expert of your story. We can set goals for yourself, your family, or your relationship(s). We will work through any negative thoughts, barriers or obstacles that could be standing in your way, and build upon your current strengths and confidence to achieve your goals.
I am passionate about the work I do with those who struggle with family or relationship conflict, parenting, pregnancy/postpartum, anxiety, boundary setting, ADHD.
