I hope to empower each of my clients through genuine care and acceptance as we journey into the difficult parts of life together.
I practice primarily through an Emotionally-Focused (EFT) framework, which focuses on the bonds we form with others and how these affect the ways we move through life. I believe that each person deserves to be loved and seen for exactly who they are. I enjoy working with couples of all kinds (married, dating, LGBTQ+), individuals, and older adolescents.
