I work with adult individuals, couples, and families using an integrated treatment model grounded in psychodynamic, attachment and systems theories. I graduated from The University of Georgia in 1999 with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. After spending several years in primary and secondary education, I obtained my Master's Degree in Clinical Counseling Psychology from Brenau University in 2020. I have experience working with a full range of mental health challenges, from schizophrenia and bipolar disorders to anxiety, ADHD, parenting and couple therapy.

I have supervised with some of Atlanta's most respected psychotherapists and am dedicated to delivering psychotherapy that works. I believe that psychotherapy occurs within a unique attachment relationship between two or more people, designed to provide the conditions necessary for the healing of past trauma and the development of the self.

It is my aim to cultivate a professional, yet caring, relationship with you to help you feel emotionally safe, free to be fully yourself, and supported in growing toward your highest potential.
