I pursued my professional license, so that I can use my knowledge and skills to support individuals to improve the quality of their lives.
I specialize in working with individuals who struggle with behavioral and emotional management due to anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, work/life stress, and general life transitions, using an eclectic mix of therapeutic techniques. I offer both in office and telehealth visits.
Individuals deserve to experience feelings of happiness at any point in their lives. This can be difficult when life's journey takes us by surprise.
