As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I provide you with a safe, non-judgmental and supportive environment where you can talk through some of those feelings and emotions. My goal is to help you figure out how to live your best life. I have over 20 years of experience as a social worker working with adults with various issues including, depression, anxiety, chronic pain, trauma, and relationship issues just to name a few.
I use a therapeutic approach that is centered on your needs and goals. I provide an environment that enables you to be comfortable so you can have an open conversation. I am here for you! I have found through many years of practice that everyone is unique and so are their needs.
Therefore the way I conduct my sessions is centered around you and what works best for you. I get it, some days you don't want to talk about certain things or get "too deep". I meet you where you are. Life is a journey and I look forward to joining you on yours and we will go at your pace.
