Sometimes, we just need a therapist to guide us along our path to feeling better. I want you to feel equipped to handle life’s ever-changing ups and downs, and to be able to do it with a sense of purpose, stability, and self-awareness.
I work best with clients who are young professionals (in their 20's-30's) or youth (10 and up). They're ready for real change. Clients who are a good fit for me might come to therapy because they have a hard time calming down, feel trapped by their traumas, struggle with perfectionism, or are just feeling like something is missing in their lives.
My style of therapy is warm and accepting. We'll come together to look at how the present is intertwined with your past, and find ways that work for you to cope.
