Thank you for taking the time to visit my page! My goal is to treat the whole person and meet clients where they are in the healing journey. I believe each person is the expert of their own experience and that everyone deserves to live their most beautiful life despite the many challenges and struggles that life brings. I believe everyone has innate strengths that help them through life's difficulties. I enjoy helping clients regain control over their experiences by enhancing their strengths, teaching new skills to cope, processing stresses of life, and defining goals for their future.
I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families in various settings. Specialties include trauma, depression, anxiety, stress management, suicidal ideation/self-harm, attachment, and life transitions. I am a certified EMDR and TFCBT therapist. I am also trained in ARC.
I use an eclectic approach to help my clients reach their treatment goals. I am available to provide counseling to clients ages 6 and older for individual, couples and family issues. I offer both telehealth and in-person appointments and have limited availability on evenings and weekends. I am available Wednesday through Saturday.
