I work as a humanistic therapist, where I integrate existential and narrative themes. The focus with my clients expands beyond the immediate challenges in front of them. I hope to be a tool in my clients toolbox to help them self-actualize: to gain perspective on their own livelihoods and move closer to inner peace. I am a child of immigrants, a classical musician, and a therapist. My many experiences have allowed me the opportunity to get close to vastly different individuals and their stories.
My work is individualized to your needs as I work from a strengths-based approach. It's important that together we are able to identify patterns you may want to adjust/change, integrate new coping skills, and lean into your strengths.
