Depression is no joke and I get it. My name is Seth and I specialize working with men to treat depression. I have provided therapy services for the last 9 years and have found that one of the worst symptoms of depression is when you begin to feel nothing at all. If you are looking for an environment in which you can safely explore these concepts, I seek to give you that space. I specialize in using CBT and goal setting to improve one's mood and ability to live life fully.
I have a deep understanding of the impact that depression can have on every facet of a person's life as well as specific insight these things have on men. The pain and weight of overwhelming emotions that accompany these struggles are undeniably real.
