It is my most humble intention to make sure my clients feel they can bring all parts and intersections of their identity into therapy and be greeted free from judgment, with deep care and full acceptance. This is where I feel healing and transformation begin. I see therapy both as being a space for short term problem solving - organizing your thoughts and intentions around a pressing issue or life stressor; and/or a space where healing old wounds and profound growth and transformation is possible.
I approach therapy as a collaborative process, and regularly seek your feedback to incorporate into our work together. In session you will experience me as gentle and relational, creative and explorative, experimental and imaginative. I pull together influences from Gestalt therapy, AEDP, internal-family systems, and person-centered counseling.
I hope to establish a warm yet dynamic partnership in which we can be curious and adventurous together - taking new insights and transforming them into new ways of existing with yourself, your deepest relationships, and your community.
