Hello, I'd like to introduce myself. I am Sarah Gwen. I go by Sarah or Gwen. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Master Credentialed Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC), and I am almost ready to apply to be a Certified Sex Therapist (CST). I really enjoy learning, helping, connecting, and facing challenges. I also love animals, music, nature, tattoos,and food. I am Native Hawaiian, raised in San Diego. I have been here in the Finger Lakes for 13 years. I am a mother of three, ranging from 25 to 11 yrs. I consider myself warm, casual and intelligent. I would love to meet and see if I can help. No pressure.

My focus is to help you heal, energize, and become aware of your inner strengths. You will learn new skills, more about yourself, and find me as a support to help you on your journey.
