Are you at that point where you feel like taking control of your life but just don't know how? I understand how hard it could be to get started, fret no more, I am here to help you figure out how to get started. We all need support and encouragement on the journey of life, I am that therapist who understands that and stick with you through it all. I understand that life can throw us curved balls from time to time as we navigate through life journey. I cannot promise you that the road to finding lifetime fulfillment will not be rough, but I can assure you that we will walk the rough roads together and emerge stronger and better.
I find fulfillment in empowering individuals and helping them recognize their inner strengths. My specialties include, but are not limited to; Anxiety, Depression, Mood Disorders, Anger Management, Grief, Trauma, Self-Esteem Issues and Life Transition. Using an integrated approach of the person as a whole, we would find the strategies that meets your needs.
My understanding of individual differences, the person in environment and situation, helps me meet each client where they are. I utilize a solution-focused style that is tailored to each client's needs. This style has proved effective with clients of different ages starting from children to the elderly.
