Hi, My name is Serena Nasworthy and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based here in Hawaii. I have worked with a wide variety of populations during my career; from dual-diagnosis adults to youth and teens struggling with severe mental health challenges to children as young as 6 years old and their families who are just trying to figure things out! I feel I thrive when serving any population or any client that is willing/ready to put in the work therapy requires.
I am a firm believer in being flexible in approach as I feel it is an important part of meeting clients where they are at. By doing so, I ensure to really tailor the therapeutic approach to fit your needs and your goals.
