Life is filled with ups and downs and sometimes we need some help navigating through it all. My goal is to instill hope and motivation to make the changes in your life that may be keeping you from true happiness.
I offer individual therapy for children, adolescents, and adults. I work with individuals struggling with a wide variety of issues. Psychological Testing is a service I also provide, designed to assess emotional, academic, and cognitive functioning. Assessments include ADHD/IEP, projective, intelligence/achievement, and personality testing.
My focus is empowering clients to reach their goals and overcome obstacles they feel are hindering their ability to move in a positive direction. Individual therapy sessions are tailored to address client's personal needs and increase their ability to build skills to have a happier, healthier, and whole life.
