I utilize a variety of expressive modalities meeting the needs of my clients. I work with children, adolescents, and adults both in individual and group counseling settings supporting them through adjustments, life transitions, relational and social struggles, along with anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress.
In addition to higher education experience, my trainings in Play Therapy, Child-Parent Relationship Training, Theraplay, and Animal-Assisted Counseling provide ground for my tools and skills in working with children and families.
