Getting to know yourself as you truly are and leaving behind beliefs about yourself that are not true is crucial for healing and eventually being able to thrive in life.
My area of specialty is helping you focus on yourself - instead of on what others may think of you- on what you feel, think and need, on helping you get to know yourself so intimately that nobody will be able to make you feel bad about yourself because you know that you’ve got your back. My modalities of therapy include using the Emotional Freedom technique (EFT) for emotional and trauma release. Also, I am happy to conduct therapy in English and Spanish.
