I tailor my therapeutic approach unique to each person, utilizing strengths based, person centered, insight oriented therapy, while offering a culturally sensitive lens. Certified in TF-CBT and Mediation, have experience working with complex trauma, and have over 7 years of experience working with adolescents, college students / emerging adults, and adults.
