I am eclectic in my approach to therapy, I believe it is important to individualize each client's journey. One approach I utilize is CBT as it allows the client to explore the thought patterns related to challenging emotions & behaviors. I have worked with various individual with depression, anxiety, transitional & relationship concerns, etc.
