Sometimes, simply existing is overwhelming, and it’s easy to feel lost in that struggle. If you’ve tried therapy before and it didn’t resonate, I recognize how discouraging that can be. My aim is to create a space where you feel genuinely connected, respected, seen, and affirmed. I work through an anti-oppressive lens with individuals from the LGBTQIA2S+ community as they navigate identity, sexuality, relationships, and the complexities of suspected or diagnosed ADHD and/or Autism, anxiety, and trauma. Together, we’ll cultivate a greater sense of control, self-compassion, and help you feel truly at home within yourself.
