I'm dedicated to helping diverse individuals on their path to better mental and emotional health. I specialize in helping teenagers facing depression and anxiety, adults with anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders, and those dealing with relationship issues. I've worked with clients experiencing co-occurring mental health and substance abuse disorders, children with autism, seniors, and individuals with disabilities. Throughout my career, I have continually sought trainings in ADHD and sexual health concerns.
I am primarily trained in cognitive behavior therapy interventions (CBT). CBT is about uncovering thinking traps we may have, reframing our negative thoughts, and changing our negative coping habits. I also have training in sex therapy which includes things like LGBTQIA+ issues and relationship problems.
Mental health issues often inhibit our ability to take the first step in working through our problems.
