Hi, My name is Sean O'Hara. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New York and Maine with over 5 years of experience working in the Mental Health field. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, mood disorders, grief and loss, life transitions, and family/relationship issues. I graduated from Fordham University with an MSW, and have worked in a variety of clinical settings including inpatient and outpatient mental health facilities. I am an inclusive therapist and ally to the LGBTQIA+ community.

While I have specialty training in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), CT-R (Recovery-Oriented Cognitive Therapy), Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing, my approach is always tailored to your needs in a way we both see fit to meet your goals.
