While everyone finds a different way to manage this experience, there are some common threads which sew together resilient responses and those which reinforce unhelpful responses. A meaningful and purposeful understanding of both the problem and the solution patterns is vital to living an enjoyable life.
I'm familiar with many of these helpful and unhelpful threads, and we can sew them together to construct and reconstruct the story of what brings you back to feeling good. These constructed meanings go a long way toward finding areas of acceptance and growth. I've been lucky to be witness to many such amazing and challenging narratives and adventures.
