Beat the Burnout. Beat the Heat
Are you a professional caregiver? Are you a caregiver in your personal life? Both?! Beat the summer heat with a three-part summer series addressing burnout and stress reduction through group empowerment drumming. Attend one, two or all three sessions. Research supports group drumming as a tool to reduce stress and burnout for professional and private caregivers. Sessions take place the third Thursday of the month in June (20th) , July (18th), and August (15th) from 6-7:30. Space is limited and pre-registration is required. Each session is $40 and pre-register for all three for only $100.
