Within a therapeutic space we can begin to address concerns, beliefs and patterns of behaviors that have the ability too negatively impact our lives or prevent us from experiencing life as we truly desire. My approach to counseling is compassionate, open and direct. I seek to help others gain new insights in an effort to make wanted changes that may help improve their experiences in social, professional and emotional areas of life.
I believe in creating an environment where people can share and address whatever concerns may arise. I have experience with a number of mental health issues, including depressive and anxiety disorders, other mood disorders, personality and thought disorders as well as concerns stemming from medical diagnoses and conditions.
Regardless if you are new to therapy or have previous experiences, it is always a beneficial endeavor. I hope to help you in any way possible and look forward to speaking with you.
