I seek to help others gain new insights in an effort to make wanted changes that may help improve their experiences in social, professional and emotional areas of life.
I believe in creating an environment where people can share and address whatever concerns may arise. I have experience with a number of mental health issues, including depressive and anxiety disorders, other mood disorders, personality and thought disorders as well as concerns stemming from medical diagnoses and conditions.
