My presence is warm and calm, and my approach to therapy is humanistic, meaning that, above all else, I value building a genuine, human connection with you. It is through the comfort of this connection that we will safely and holistically explore what it’s like to be you. Along the way, I will help you to deepen your self-awareness and process your emotions, and I will help you feel empowered to move forward in ways that feel true and right for you.

If you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, lonely, or feeling the sting of old wounds, you don’t have to suffer through it alone. I am here to support you in every way I can.
I work primarily with adult individuals who are seeking help with depression, anxiety, self-identity, trauma, life transitions, and existential concerns. More often than not, these issues are intertwined. I tend to work with couples who are looking to improve communication, improve intimacy, and/or navigate a life transition.
