I employ an integrative, holistic, client-centered approach, incorporating elements of CBT to target disruptive thought processes and behaviors. I specialize in helping clients cope with anxiety caused by relationship conflicts, challenges in school or work environments, life transitions, and difficulties experienced by youth maturing into young adulthood.
I am attuned to the individual needs and cultural sensitivities of each client. I work to cultivate an inclusive environment where individuals from all walks of life and all identities can reclaim their power and experience triumph in their story.
