Have you ever tried to talk to someone but just felt like you couldn't tell them everything that was troubling you? I have been working with children, families, and adults for the past 24 years and strongly believe that if you don't feel connected with your treatment provider, trying to say what is troubling you can feel like you're swimming upstream. Most people find that my ability to empathize and truly understand their journey to find solutions makes it natural for them to feel connected to me. We can use our connection to build trust and safety, which can accelerate the process of change and healing.

I utilize Solution-Focused and Cognitive Behavioral therapies to help people learn skills that allow them to achieve the maximum benefit in the least amount of time. I am also experienced at unifying parenting approaches in the home and resolving parent-child conflicts.

I am always thinking "outside of the box" to help my clients find realistic solutions to their problems so they can begin living the emotionally fulfilling and satisfying lives they deserve.
