Experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, fallout from past traumatic experiences? Finding that your typical ways of coping are not helping, or making things worse? I know it can be daunting to reach out for support and I am here to help! I provide a unique blend of psychotherapy and mind/body awareness to help you find more balance, flow, and happiness in your life. My approach is integrative and multicultural, based on the ways your particular system responds to life's challenges.
I use Mindfulness and Somatic Experiencing to address overwhelm and shutdown in the nervous system, Relational and Experiential approaches to address overwhelming or disconnected emotions, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to address unhelpful thoughts, all guided by your own personal identity and cultural history.
I work with clients aged 16 to 86, and along with stress, ADHD, anxiety and depression I specialize in working with trauma in all of its manifestations, including childhood sexual and physical abuse, domestic violence, assaults, motor vehicle accidents, and medical trauma. I am a white cisgender heterosexual male and I use he/him pronouns.
