My clients are individuals who despite experiencing success in their lives, often find themselves struggling in relationships. They may experience anxiety, depression, and excessive self-criticism. As we look deeper into this we discover patterns of codependency and low self-esteem. These patterns most often are learned through cumulative childhood experiences. Through talking with me, my clients learn how to relate to their emotions as part of their inner wisdom. They learn how boundaries work and use them to practice self-care. They learn to navigate internal and relational conflict with newfound skill, while practicing self-love.
I love helping individuals learn to embrace their emotions as guides to their well-being. I teach them how to connect their emotions, needs, and boundaries. Sometimes clients get stuck as they implement new strategies. I help clients find what is getting in the way, and help them pivot towards growth without getting caught in self-criticism.
