Life can be challenging as a man, husband, & father. My life experiences, both success & failures, are what I pull from the most to help my clients get where they need to be. I've been counseling in private practice for over 15 years. I've been married for 21 years; my wife and I have 3 children. I primarily work with men who are struggling in the areas of relationships, anger, anxiety, depression, career, and the like. I also love to work with couples who are struggling in the areas of trust, communication, intimacy, unresolved conflict, & unmet needs. It's a real joy to help my clients make genuine & lasting changes in their life.
I realize that counseling can be a difficult first step for many reasons. My counseling style is relational and personal. I offer you a relaxed, comfortable and non-judgmental space to process your life. I just don’t sit back and nod my head, I take an active approach in guiding my clients to where they want to be.
