Therapy/Growth Group for Men
I am grateful to have facilitated many ongoing growth groups for men for more than 35 years. These ongoing (once per week) men's groups are for men who want to move their lives toward greater personal competence, self-assurance, emotional balance, and awareness, as well as be better leaders at home and elsewhere while experiencing joy, engagement, contentment, and satisfaction. Each individual brings issues and challenges; the willingness to remain open and engaged in the group reaps extraordinary support, guidance, and friendship. The willingness to reach out to others builds a sense of positivity and gratitude.

Therapy group: Partners of Abuse/Trauma Survivors
Intimate Partners of survivors complex, relational trauma, despite their desires to be loving and supportive, often feel confused, angry, disappointed, emotionally, and sexually frustrated, starved for intimacy and touch. Beneath the surface and often beyond their awareness, they may also experience depression, loss of energy, loneliness, isolation, fear, anxiety, resentment, lowered self-esteem, impatience, impotence, and a general sense of powerlessness to help themselves or their survivor mate. Group support, self-discovery, creative and individualized problem solving, interweaving of broader knowledge of the abuse experience and that of Partners provides the basis for greater, "response-ability".
