Greetings neighbors. I am a person-centered therapist. I believe you are the expert of your life, and it’s my job to help you identify and overcome obstacles in life that are keeping you from experiencing true happiness and joy. I work with individuals, couples, and families who are facing difficult challenges in their lives, by being supportive, affirming, and helping identify unwanted and disruptive behaviors and thinking patterns.
My training and education is in Clinical-Forensic Psychology. I primarily work with adolescents and adults. I’m non-judgmental, supportive, and believe healing comes through healthy relationships. I help people with a variety of life issues such as Depression, Anxiety, Men’s Issues, Sex and Sexual Violence issues, Anger Management, and Aging issues.
I help a wide variety of people in our community for many different struggles they are going through. If you have questions about my services, or to see if I am the right provider for you, please feel free to email or call.
