Most meetings include a time for you to process what is going on in your world along with skill building. I have worksheets, articles, and curiosity to guide you into perspective change. I love the change process that folks go through and cheer this on with a positive perspective and encouraging words along the way. I am intentional about pointing out the growth and positive at the end of each meeting.
Relationships are the focus of all I do. Your thoughts of coming to get help most likely have to do with a relationship or two that are in your life. I have over 15 years of counseling experience with many of those years helping couples, adults, teens and even small children.
I focus on relationships and how that affects your life. I am solution-focused, trauma-focused, and CBT-focused due to my training in addictions. I am married, and avid outdoors person, a veteran, and love what I do. I seek monthly therapy myself and look forward to hearing more about your story and how I can speak into it.
