My name is Stuart and I believe in providing support in a safe and healing environment where we can work together through the stressful issues that are causing conflict in your life. I work with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, stress, relationship problems, ADHD, trauma and more. I am also trained in EMDR. Our past informs our present, whether from early childhood or more recent trauma; these will be effecting how you function today. EMDR can help you resolve these trauma’s and live more in control of your life.
I have learned many therapeutic styles and believe there isn’t a methodology that has all the answers for each persons’ issues or personality; so I individualize our work to meet your needs.
