I’m passionate about helping all ages (7+) of individuals whom are seeking to better themselves and learn to successfully navigate their worlds. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Mental Health Counselor-In Training, a Substance Abuse Counselor and a Nationally Certified Counselor. Over the last 3 years, I have worked in a therapeutic setting, as an intern and a therapist in training, helping clients discover what comes next in their journey. I view the client as the “expert” and work in a collaborative, strength-based approach to assist the client in discovering what the next chapter may hold. In practicing my own self-care, I enjoy spending time with my husband, our daughter, and our three dogs. I also enjoy listening to music, watching movies, and traveling the world.

I am a therapist with a passion for healing trauma. My approach begins with creating a space where my clients feel safe, heard, and in control every step of the way. I believe that building a genuine connection is vital to the healing process, so I'd like to get to know you and your unique story. I view it as a privilege to walk with you through your past, help you understand your present, and guide you towards the future you're seeking.

I am passionate about working with clients of all ages to gain understanding and feel confident in managing their mental health. I specialize in treating Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Excoriation (skin picking) & Hair Pulling Disorders, Tic Disorders, and anxiety disorders including Separation Anxiety, Selective Mutism, Panic Disorder, Social Anxiety, Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), and Specific Phobias. Often these issues lead to school avoidance in children and teens so I am well versed in working with schools to best support my clients.

I have a passion for helping clients get unstuck from things holding them back. Whether it's finding and keeping relationships, worries about the future getting in the way of living life now, or past traumatic or unpleasant experiences that are keeping you up at night. I work best with adults and couples who are ready to dig into the work, coming out the other side with a life filled with joy and meaning. OCD, relationship issues, personality disorders, perinatal and postpartum women, anxiety, trauma and depression are my specialties.

Radical Change Counseling and Coaching is focused on helping people who feel stuck and always needing to control everything make lasting change.
