If you have found yourself in a dark place, brought there by your past trauma, circumstantial difficulties, lack of motivation, intrusive thoughts, low self-esteem, and/ or all of the above, I would love to offer you the help you need and deserve. Healing begins the moment we're heard. My primary goal is for my clients feel seen and heard, without fear of judgment. I want to provide a safe space for you to process, heal, and grow. I particularly enjoy working with clients who would like their christian values incorporated into their counseling!
I have a B.A in Psychology and an M.A in Marriage and Family Therapy. I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), which is an evidence-based trauma therapy that I employ in order to help clients process and heal from past trauma, no matter how big or “small” the trauma is.
I believe every person is capable of things beyond their own realization. Each of us have been given a unique set of strengths, skills, and gifts. Maybe you don’t realize your strengths yet because you are so focused on your perceived “flaws”. My desire is to provide you with resources that help you realize, develop, and utilize your strengths!
