I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of CT with a BA in Psychology & MA in Counseling Psychology. I have experience working with children, adolescents & adults & can provide individual, couples, family & group therapy. Walk & Talk Therapy takes place outdoors Instead of meeting in an office. Meditation & Woman’s Empowerment Circle Fall 2018.
I provide both traditional & alternative therapy as well as Life/Wellness Coaching, Walk & Talk Therapy and Video Counseling Services which are a convenient form of therapy for those struggling with a hectic schedule.
