I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 9 years of experience counseling adults in both inpatient and outpatient settings. I take an integrative and individualized approach to give each client the compassionate care they deserve. I specialize in working specifically with teen girls and women to help them heal from trauma, anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, grief, and relationship stressors. None of us are immune to stressors and hardship in life. Some seasons are more difficult than others and you do not have to do it alone. It's important to have support.

I provide treatment for depression, anxiety, stress, medical problems, attention and focus problems and grief and loss issues. I completed my doctorate at the University of South Carolina.
