You may not even know what your interests are now because the focus has been on everyone & everything else. You know what to do, but you aren’t doing it. You’ll be the biggest cheerleader for the people most important to you, but you don’t take your own advice. Having all-or-nothing tendencies has only gotten you so far. You want to be comfortable in your own body & would probably give anything to go back to that younger version of you that doesn't seem so bad now.
