I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor Supervisor with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field. Previously, I worked in the non-profit community mental. I assisted in creating and developing a Transitional Youth program that specializes in working with young adults and adolescents. In addition to working with the Transitional Youth population, I have worked as an advocate for Victims of Crime (VOC). Areas of interest include working with teens and young adults. I hold licenses in (LPCC-S) Ohio, (LPCS) South Carolina, (LPC, CPCS) Georgia and Florida. I am a counselor supervisor for OH, SC and GA.

My name is Kayla, and I am in the business of giving people confidence, hope, and ultimately a happier life. I work to empower individuals and stand with them through the discomfort that is change. I have spent years working with survivors of all types of trauma, focusing on childhood concerns and challenging upbringings. I graduated with an advanced degree in clinical psychology from Centenary University, where I concentrated on CBT, TF-CBT, DBT and attachment theory. The practice is owned by Dr. Jessica Joyce, PsyD and the practice is comprised of doctoral-level psychologists and several other master's and doctoral level licensed clinicians who provide quality mental health care.
