I specialize in EMDR therapy. EMDR therapy is designed to target and resolve traumatic memories that are knowingly or unknowingly affecting your current functioning. I also specialize in EFT/Tapping which is acupuncture for your emotions without the needles. EFT moves stuck energy by tapping on body meridians and repeating specific statements out loud.
My passion is to empower women and restore hope. I have personally used both EMDR and EFT and believe they are the most effective modalities. They are considered energy and body based practices.
