Becoming the best version of yourself can often take both time and practice. The tasks and challenges of the day can seem overwhelming and anxiety producing. Sometimes we find ourselves stifled in our own growth and we struggle to find inner peace and permission which allows us to move forward. It is important for us to understand as humans, that it is okay to seek guidance and an outside perspective. It is a priority of mine to provide a safe, calm and client-centered environment for clients to obtain a better perspective on themselves.
I utilize Solution Focused Therapy as well as several facets of Reality Therapy to assist clients in looking at current thoughts and behaviors. Together we can create, define and explore your goals as well as look at whether or not your current behaviors are getting you to where you want to be.
It is important to note that this process is your process and I am simply here to walk with you along the way. Sometimes the biggest changes in life are due to the smallest of adjustments.
