Hi, my name is Saveen and I identify as a South Asian woman and a therapist of color. With a deep understanding of cultural nuances, I am committed to creating a safe and inclusive space for all my clients.
My approach is to draw from various evidence-based modalities to tailor therapy to meet your unique needs. For trauma work, I utilize my training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Internal Family Systems (IFS). My goal is to provide clients with empathy while exploring healthy coping skills so they can see real progress.
Therapy can feel a bit scary, especially if this is your first time, but we can work together to help you create long-lasting, sustainable change.
