Hi there, welcome! I specialize in working with couples, but I love working with individuals with their relationships with both others and themselves. I enjoy working with LGBTQ+ individuals and couples and identify as queer myself. I also love working with ENM/CNM/Poly folx and I have my Kink-Informed certification from the Sexual Health Alliance. I am also a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional.
I am trained in Prepare/Enrich, a tool for married and unmarried couples who want to understand and improve their relationships. I am a very relational therapist that does not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. I enjoy helping couples and individuals navigate ENM relationships and kink dynamics.
