I am passionate about working with individuals and couples and addressing attachment, communication, and strains within the relationship. I am passionate about providing effective and specialized treatment to my clients and therefore have been trained in using the Gottman Method and Emotion Focused Therapy.
I am a firm believer in focusing on the relationship first in the therapy room. It is important to me to create and model attachment so that there is a secure foundation. I am here to hold that space for you!
