I specialize in cognitive behavioral approach with a sprinkle of person-centered psychotherapy which places emphasis on aiding individuals in learning how to recognize and change destructive thought patterns that have a negative influence on behavior and emotions. I hold certifications in Trauma-Informed CBT and am trained in EMDR, DBT & more.
Aside from advocating for mental health growth and healing, I have other passions such as dancing and choreographing. I love making memories with her family which includes my husband and two adorable doggies. I feel most comfortable in nature and the AZ sunshine.
