I am an associate marriage and family therapist who loves working collaboratively with clients to reach their full potential and most authentic selves. I specialize in anxiety, coping skills, depression, family conflict, perinatal mental health, parenting, stress, and trauma. I have experience working with clients of all ages.
My therapeutic style is warm, and compassionate. I implement cognitive behavioral therapy, in addition to body psychotherapy, because I believe in the interplay of the mind and body.
