The productivity mindset has influenced how we live and operate in many ways. This group will examine how you got here, how it affects you, and how to overcome it to reclaim your life. Join us for a 6-week support group to put productivity into perspective! Led by Savanna Altenor, LMSW, CAIP. Starting January 16th, 2024, the group meets every Tuesday for 6 weeks from 6-7:30 pm. 8 seats available, $50/session or $250 if paid in advance. To register, visit our website.
